- Exchanges and refunds are only available for defective products or incorrect items delivered.
- Please note that slight color variations (2-3%) may occur due to camera effects and are not considered defects.
- To initiate a refund, please return the product to us within 3-5 days of delivery.
- We require a video of the parcel being opened to process any claims; without this, we cannot entertain complaints.
- Once the refund request is approved, The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 7 Days to the original mode of payment.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Please note that we currently cannot facilitate product returns; customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and must not show signs of use.
- Once the returned item passes our quality check at the warehouse, the exchange will be processed.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges and refunds are strictly available only for defective or incorrect items.
- If the product does not pass our quality check upon return, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
